Crazy Vintage

I went to a rooftop party last night and chose to wear this vintage dress. I had already worn it for my birthday and just couldn't wait for another chance to whip it out. I absolutely adore this dress. The white stripes on the dress are actually raised, which makes for a very interesting look. It's like wearing an optical illusion. One minute the lines are straight, the next they're blurry. The craftsmanship on the dress is amazing! At least I think so - not sure if all the intoxicated folks around me would agree. :)

I love wearing dresses like this to South Beach parties. It's form-fitting enough to be sexy, yet covered up enough so that no one throws you on a pole. Hey, sometimes a freakum' dress is just what the doctor ordered, but I don't think that a dress has to be tight AND short to be sexy.  I say you can definitely pick one. A tighter dress at a slightly longer length or a shorter dress with a slightly looser fit can both give you the amount of sex appeal needed to catch an eye or two. Sometimes, a dress that is too revealing may give off a little too much va-va-va-voom.
