Christmas is almost here guys! Can you believe it? Though it does feel like the year has absolutely flown by, I'm enjoing seeing old friends and making new ones at the endless string of holiday parties of the season. I'm also enjoying shopping for new outfits to wear to the above mentioned endless string of holiday parties.

This Tadashi Shoji dress is my latest addition to my holiday season dress arsenal. I wore it to a few holiday parties last week and received so many compliments that it is quickly becoming my favorite holiday party dress. I mean it's got all the right elements for a girl like me - rich navy color, intricate lace details, a gorgeous grossgrain bow,and demurely sexy peek-a-boo details. Since this dress is oh so lady-like, I paired it with classic black pumps and minimal jewelry for the night. I chose to go with gold jewelry because I think gold looks amazing with jewel toned clothing.

Though, I love the navy color, this dress is available in a ton of other gorgeous colors. It's even available in white, which would be a perfect reception/engagement party dress for any of you ladies about to jump the broom.
