So, in case you guys didn't know, I'm a crazy, type A personality who routinely bites off way more than I can chew. But recently, I've been trying out this new thing called relaxing. It's this really weird thing that involves me doing only the things that I really, really want to do and putting everything else on the back burner. This was my very first weekend trying out this relaxing thing, which means that I've spent the past 48 hours re-reading my favorite books and falling in love with them all over again.

To set the mood for my relaxing Book-A-Thon, I slipped into a pair of Hudson jeans, a basic Banana Republic tank, and one of my comfiest sweater. Afterall, a good book just gets that much better if you're wrapped up in a comfy sweater while reading it. My favorite brand of all purpose, super soft, super comfy and stylish sweaters is the brand Line. In addition to being comfortable and stylish, these sweaters also stand up to dry cleaning and washing pretty well. After some of the disasters I've endured with my other sweaters, durability is a top concern of mine and this brand is the sturdiest that I've encountered.  If you're looking to buy your very own comfy sweater, I'd definitely look into THIS brand.

Besides putting together the right outfit, I also set the mood by searching through my storage boxes and pulling out all the old books that I'd packed away in favor of their electronic counterparts. Though I do love my Ipad dearly, it felt good to ditch all of my gadgets for stacks of books, pages filled with words, and my relaxing thoughts. Yep. I really had an amazing time this weekend.
