Whimsy

Hi Loves,

I purchased this whimsical Ann Taylor top around Christmas time last year. My intention was to wear it to an office Christmas party. But, as usual, I completely forgot about this little gem and it ended up getting lost in the closet shuffle. After a weekend of whining about not having anything to wear and going through every item in my closet, I rediscovered this cutesy top. At first, I thought about returning it. Afterall, Christmas was long gone and the top screams whimsical. Then, I thought about it some more and decided that I could definitely use a little whimsy to brighten up my February days.

So, if you're like me and have a few items that you didn't get a chance to pull out for the festive season - be encouraged. You can definitely incorporate your more festive and whimsical items throughout the year. Just be sure to wear only one of these items at a time and to keep the rest of the outfit rather simple.
